“I have a story to tell about my encounters with the Mattress Outlet. Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because that's what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, "you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract." One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair. I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew! The furniture is Flex Steel, Jade Series, dark grey in color. The quality is superior.”

“I called and spoke to Madisen before my visit to the showroom. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She first checked to see how much I could finance which saves a lot of time. Then she showed me quite a few different mattresses. Madisen was very patient as I tried out several different mattresses and I ended up going back to the first one I tried. The mattress, box springs and adjustable frame were delivered within a couple of days. The 2 nice men who delivered everything to my 5th floor apartment were very efficient and my old bed was hauled away as well.”

As a woman shopping for big items, it can be quite difficult and stressful. But with Tim it was a breeze. I got the sectional I wanted at a reasonable price and it was just delivered today with no issues whatsoever. The guys got in and out and set up the couch in seriously about 20 minutes. Time slot for delivery was 3:15-7:15. They reached me about 4:30ish and sent a text she. They were about 10 minutes away. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop with Beck’s for other purchases in the future. We absolutely love the new couch!”
