It's an awesome place to celebrate your birthday as the staff decorate for the birthday person and gift them a cake (depending on the amount of invites). “The solar people will neglect to mention the nuisance pigeons and other birds can create when there's a convenient nesting area under those panels. We've had Ian out twice to place bird control wire around our two sets of solar panels. Both times he was prompt and courteous, and he did a wonderful job. This sounds pretty basic, but we have a two-story and our pitched roof is Way Up There. We had a hard time doing it ourselves and our original chicken wire fix was sadly temporary, leading to nesting birds leaving droppings, eggs, and we were treated to the sounds of loud pigeon sex every morning. Ian not only braved the steep roof, he power washed the crap from under the panels, installed permanent screen barriers all around the open panels, and then cleaned up the old junk and pigeon droppings from the back patio. He left it looking nicer than when he came AND my house is now silent in the mornings. No more pigeons getting it on overhead. The cost was considerably less than what we'd been quoted from the solar people and the screening Ian used is barely noticeable from the street. Bonus is the pigeons have already begun flocking elsewhere. Best way to contact him is via e-mail, his lovely wife does the scheduling but if they say he'll be there on Tuesday, he'll be there on Tuesday. He usually doesn't answer his phone because he's based in Sac and he's usually driving all over the area; we're a good 45-minute drive from there. He also gives a discount for cash or check payment, which was nice and he's just a hell of a nice guy to know. We're thrilled with his service and highly recommend him.”

For the shopper, the upscale mall is only a short walk. On the downside, the corridors are long walks to the front desk and restaurant.”

“I have to say that Dr Jim performed magic on me. I was visiting from LA and out of the blue, I threw out my back. I couldn't even walk, let alone deal with a two year old toddler, suitcases and the airport looming ahead. It was 3 o'clock the day before Thanksgiving and I nervous no one would be available to help me.I googled a chiropractor near me and Quantum Chiropractic came up. I called and Dr Jim answered. He said to come on over. I got there in ten minutes. I was desperate. .. I had heard of quantum chiropractors and knew they were more beneficial than normal chiropractors so I felt lucky to have found this office. ..Dr Jim worked on me and about 45 minutes later, I literally got up and could not only walk but had NO pain. I felt like a new person. He explained to me that because I had just been breastfeed weaning my son, that my body was starting to go into my cycle. He explained it better but something about my uterus was filling up with blood which moved my pelvis which then affected my back. ( I am prob not explaining it right) but it worked. Honestly, if I lived in Sacramento, I would see only see him and count myself so lucky. I have told a few family members about him in the area. He is truly amazing. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am.”
