“Thanks Paul!! Another great experience at Big O in Boulder Boulder. I get my all-season tires swapped with snow tires twice a year and have never had issues with service or prices. Service is fast and the entire crew is friendly and professional. Never any up-selling—just the facts and honest options. I recently went in to swap my snow tires and they checked my breaks (standard process) I was told that the front has reached recommended limit but the rears were still good for a while.. it would have been easy to simply recommend that I get all four replaced but honesty seemed the priority and so I just replaced the front so I could spread out the cost (still reasonable and competitive!). I have also never had issues leaving valuables in the car. Big O has my business for life! Thanks Paul and team!”

I called K&T and they sent Brad out to take a look. He read the codes and said that our RV need some work done that he couldn't do in the field. I drove to the shop and Tina was there to help! I told her we were going on a trip in two days so could they work on it right away. She said they would do their best and they did! “The car we brought in had front end damage and needed signifiant repairs all around the front end and side panels. When I went in for my quote, he surveyed the damage and patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I left without feeling any pressure to make a decision that day. I did get a few other quotes and I must say the cost were comparable with a few being higher. What made me chose them was the excellent customer service, their honesty and constant and consistent communication. Jesse and his staff kept me apprised to what was going on daily and any changes were communicated immediately. They even went above and beyond when they found small issues and took care of them. I must say I was not prepared for the finally product. I was blown away at the work done. The car essentially looked like it came off the lot. They even washed it!! When I went to pay I was sure the price was going to have changed drastically from the quote because of the things that came up (by the way they show and take pictures if something needs to be done that wasn’t discussed); to my surprise there were no up charges. From beginning to end Jesse and his staff were amazing, honest, respectful and courteous. We will definitely use their services again.”
