“So I rated this terminal at a 4 as it has alot more features than other terminals. Bathroom is weird as there is only one door and 2 showers but great for the handicap, Drivers lounge same as others, laundry, outside awnings with bbq pits, lots of bays for work and there truck wash actually works!!! “Calling on a late Friday morning asking if their office could get me in on an Emergency root Canal procedure was met with such a welcoming, and empathetic response. The staff quickly requested my xray, had the dentist review it, and he agreed to bring me in. As you can imagine, I was in the WORST pain, emotional, and had been up for two nights so I was so scared and nervous. Especially since what I was going through was a direct reflection of bad decisions from my previous dentist of two years. This new dentist was so patient, cautious of my pain, explained every step, confident and reassuring. I seriously am challenged to put into words the amazing experience it was. Today, two days later that tooth is pain free, and I can bite down, drink cold/warm fluids all of which was impossible before seeing him. Thank you so much for your amazing work and compassion!! Oh, and taking the time to change your plans and bring me into the office on a Friday afternoon to help me!!”

“I'm conflicted about this place. The dentist I see here is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. The techs, however, have been impatient, brusque, rude, demeaning. One asked me a question and after I answered said, "when I ask you question- you give me short answer, okay?!" I didn't speak for the rest of my appointment. I felt very small. The next greeted me last week without a mask on, asked me if I wear a mask everywhere, then told me that it's bad for your health, causes organ failure and that she keeps getting told to wear a mask in the office. Umm... Everyone has to wear one in the building right now... This is a serious violation of the City and County mandate in Sacramento. Nurses in the ICU aren't dying from wearing masks twelve hours a day. Please wear one! The front end staff need a little more experience with interacting with patients. They seem bored and inattentive, unsure of what insurance will and won't cover and will try to get you started with in-house credit. The bathroom doesn't ever have paper towels or a working hand dryer. The wooden keychain that the key is attached to does not seem very sanitary. I hope they will replace it with something that can be thoroughly sanitized. A note to patients- this office accepts Medi-Cal, but have been known to try to get patients to pay out of pocket. For an active infection, this office requires five days of antibiotics before any work can be done. Keep this in mind for very painful dental issues and ask for pain management until your follow-up appointment. I think this could be an excellent family dentist with a little bit of empathy, some minor decor and health issues and a little less angry office drama- it is affecting the quality of care provided. Plus side: S English, Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese. I saw the front desk help an elderly patient call her granddaughter to find out how to better communicate and grabbed their tech, who spoke Vietnamese with her and helped her fill out forms. I was very touched by this. Free parking, close to restaurants, gambling and stores. (There are a lot of people smoking outside around here.) Soap operas (telenovelas) on television in the lobby.”

“I came into this location because one of my wisdom teeth was just killing me. Insane amount of pain. The two receptionist were so kind. Answered every question they could and had me seen as soon as they could. They welcomed every "normal" patient as I waited andthat made for a great atmosphere. Great job ladies. The doctor and the doctors assistant was so helpful. They could tell I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. They did not look down on me or anything. They knew how bad I was in pain and they made sure to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. Both super nice and just overall amazing to be around even though they had to refer me to a oral surgeon. Now here is the best part. With the holiday weekend a day away, I was expecting to have to wait till Monday to get any sort of help. The receptionist called I don't know how many places to make sure I could get in the same day. I woke up this morning in complete pain. I am going to sleep with a few less teeth but no more pain. I can not say enough about the customer service and just down right compassion they showed today.”

“I've been coming to this dental office since the last dentist was there who retired, I met Dr. Peterson over 5-6 years ago and I really like him, he is friendly, thorough, very professional, no matter what procedure I'm getting, I NEVER feel any pain. I'm seen right away and they call me when it's time for a check up. The office is very clean and orderly, and the staff is fantastic. At one point my whole family was going there, I just decided to have my kids go to a children's dentist just because I thought it was more appropriate. They are great when I need to make payment arrangements too. All in all, I highly recommend this dental office!”

“Wow. I am so incredibly thankful that I was told about this place. I have a few dental issues because I have very high anxiety with the dentist. It is like this dental office specializes in anxiety patients. From the caring and smiling faces at the front desk, to the calming waiting room, to the bird feeders outside the window of each dental chair, and even a blankey while you are in the chair if you get cold. The doctor was so calming and very, very nice. Diana always is there as my hygienist during the scary visits, she is the best and always gets me through the hard part. I am so thankful for her. There is another hygienist who does my normal cleanings and I adored her too. I am so grateful for everyone in that office, I now am getting all the dental work I couldn't bring myself to get for a long time and I no longer am filled with anxiety waiting for each appointment. I would never, ever even think about going anywhere else!”
