And as I enter Dr. Tran's office, the receptionist very nice and courteous. The dental technician was pretty, gentle and friendly. I went to Dr. Tran for a bridge work and he did a wonderful job. My bridge not only looks great but also works fine. Also, Dr. Tran finished my bridge and got my teeth working again three days early than promise. Kudos!”

“My sister was at Carlton plaza Carlton Plaza Elk Grove for just under a year. From the beginning the staff seemed to bend over backwards to help her, including moving her twice until she was in a unit that suited her needs and the needs of her dog. All the staffers she interacted with were not only always cheerful, providing the care she needed with a smile, but they often so obviously really cared about her.  The only difficulties came when she became completely dependent on staff to transfer her because someone was not always available to assist immediately on some occasions. When my sister passed away, we had the memorial service there. It was lovely. Staff did a great job setting up for us. We used the on-site catering which was great. We choose four different appetizers to be served. Everything looked great and was beautifully served.  The portions were generous and everyone really enjoyed everything.”
