“I had myofascia pain syndrome since August 2020 and I’ve been to several therapies who made my condition worse. Recently found Rob at Body Concept who is highly trained and knowledgeable in myofascia release. I started feeling relieved from my first visit and continued getting better after each session. Although his schedules were full, he accommodated me to provide the crucial care for my need. Everyone seems to be friendly and caring here. The receptionist also helped me with scheduling. “I wish I could thank every single individual that helped my father in his recovery. He's not the easiest person to get along with, but he sure did love it there. The food was good according to him, sometimes a little cold because of all the virus changes apparently, but he really enjoyed it. The therapists were incredibly kind to him and helped him get back home in a jiff! We missed him while he was gone, but grateful for Karrie I think her name is and for Daniel especially. His nurses were always kind to him and we understand it takes time to hepl him. Hopefully if anything happens agin he can come back. He says the fish tank is the best part! “After a lot of research and help from our family church, we found this incredibly wonderful care home. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, experienced and incredibly caring. We feel they treat everyone with great kindness and there is often laughter. It feels much like a family home and the food is consistently healthy and tasty Japanese fare. Even amidst the current pandemic, there is a renewed diligence and 'gambatte' spirit. We feel very lucky to have found this establishment run with heartfelt care by owners Nori and Harue. “I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee. My wife, my daughter, and my brother all see her. My daughter is 9 years old. We used to all see different dentists until my daughter's "children" dentist freaked her out. Root-canals, crowns, extractions! Way too many procedures for a 5 year old at the time. Then we found Dr. Lee. So super nice. AND SHE DOES NOT over-recommend procedures. My daughter never needed "laughing gas" with Dr. Lee either, but always needed it at the kids dental place. And she never freaks out going to see Dr. Lee regularly. My daughter even accompanies my wife when my wife has an appointment. Dr. Lee just makes her feel comfortable and at ease she says. Anyway, that's the kid and parent angle. I changed to Dr. Lee after seeing see all that. As an adult patient, my perspective is almost the same. I have never waited for more than 5mins to see her. She always does all the work herself, no hygienist. For me, that's a HUGE plus. The skill level, even for a cleaning is just so different. And she's never in a rush. Always spend time to ask how I am doing, how my family is doing, and shares the same about her family. That's customer service!! That's trust right there. So we love Dr. Lee and have recommended many friends and co-workers to her.”

I was able to get an appt with in a week and even in the evening. My first experience is this office is exceptional. Our appt is next week and I will update my review at that time. “I have had the pleasure of working with the staff and speaking with the residents at Norwood Pines for six years. The staff is open, caring and willing to work in extremely difficult circumstances. I was always impressed with people that chose the occupation of working with the elderly and people that needed rehabilitation due to physical limitations and disabilities. Now I can add that it is an extreme pleasure to work with so many staff members that chose to put others first even in the face of COVID 19 and what it meant to them personally. In my mind these people are angels on earth and I am grateful to be able to work with them. The residents at Norwood Pines are a joy! I love going to the facility just to see them. There are quite a few residents that are ambulatory and I love seeing them on the back patio singing to the songs that are playing or dancing to the music. So many come to mind just thinking about it. Or even just sitting enjoying the music. I also like to watch them watch the birds that the facility has in the back yard. There is also a bus stop where they can sit and relax with a friend. I think they like Norwood Pines because they have the freedom to be who they are and the staff embraces their limitations with care and compassion.”

“Bethesda Senior Residence is family run and provides your loved ones excellent care. David picked up my father as he was declining to receive him in their home. The environment is peaceful, social and the home cooked meals are fantastic. The professional caregivers are warm and friendly with all of the residents. The grounds have a lovely garden of fruit trees. My father is healing in that environment and we now have time to walk through that beautiful back yard eating oranges and apples right off the tree.
