“We have lived in these apartments for 3 years now and have finally found our forever home. Elijah, the person we have ways interacted with in the office, has been absolutely amazing. He has been friendly, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful! He's provided awesome customer service throughout our personal ups and downs here. The apartment itself is amazing. We have a two-bedroom upstairs unit, and it has vaulted ceilings, plenty of sun, washer and dryer in the unit, and is very quiet. In our time here we've noticed that plenty of units have been upgraded, so I imagine that all units would be as nice and comfortable as ours. Although there is only one assigned parking spot, there are a few garages available for an additional fee. Totally worth it. They have valet trash pickup, which is amazing considering we have a baby and plenty of trash that is too heavy for me to haul to a dumpster. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience living here at the Irongate Apartments. I'm hoping the move out process is smooth, and have no reason to believe it wouldn't be.”

“I was a resident here from 2018 to 2020 and recently moved. Good: -Front office personnel were always great to work with! Text, email, or phone, they responded quickly. -Despite complex being older, paint and most other items are well maintained. -Plenty of well-maintained foliage. -Great mailboxes. -2 pools and 1 hot tub (Front main pool was just redone). Good shape. -Pool/hot tub have handicap accessibility lifts. -Walls have decent insulation and I could not hear the neighbor above unless they were jumping. -Pet friendly, they have pet-cleanup stations scattered around. -Walking distance to a couple food places and a grocery store. Walk is also well-lit. -New sizable park next door with Basketball courts. -20min bicycle ride to oldtown Sacramento & 25 min ride to downtown. Bad: -Having to move your vehicle around because your parking space became unavailable due to painting, asphalt refinishing, or tree trimming. -Having 1 parking spot and spare spots hard to find. -Maintenance is slow and misses appointments sometimes. (Would be better if they communicated more) -8AM Saturday morning leaf blowers -Hard to make a left turn leaving 3310 during traffic hours. An accident seems to happen about once a month. -Comcast is main internet (But AT&T DSL is available) -Appliances are older and some are missing parts (like fridge missing shelves) - but they all worked well enough.”

“I have lived here about a year now and I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve lived in, inside and out. They’ve been remodeled and the kitchen is especially beautiful with dark cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. One of my favorite features is the gas fire place, it really cozies up the space and makes me feel at home. Plus laundry in unit is unbeatable. Management is superior here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. The maintenance man is super personable, as well as quick and efficient. And as a bonus the team here is following all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures to ensure safety for all on the property. This apartment complex is one of a kind for the area, tucked away on a beautiful plot to land in a quiet neighborhood. Also very close to all sorts of shopping (sunrise mall), restaurants and outdoor activities. It is well worth the price to live here. I absolutely love it.”
