“Absolutely remarkably great service for a small $35 order. While I have used Ferr Parts in the past, it has been a while since my last order. My car is receiving its 30,000 mile engine out major service and my mechanic called to make me aware that my fuel tank cap was missing its rubber seal and asked if I had it. To my knowledge, it never had one as I purchased the car used. Fearing I would need to buy an entire expensive fuel tank cap, I went in search of just the seal and to my good fortune, I found an extremely affordable seal at Ferr Parts that is compatible with not just the fuel cap but the oil sump tank dipstick cap as well. While I was planning to order two of these, one a spare, on-line, I called Ferr Parts to double check, a nice young man confirmed they were in inventory and I returned to complete my on-line order. This is where it gets crazy. Within an hour of my order, I received a tracking number and notification that the parts were shipped. The parts showed up in my mailbox barely twelve hours later. All I can say is this is amazing service by any standard and I highly recommend Ferr Parts as a source for Ferrari parts as they treat all orders as "high priority" orders.”

“This company saved me needless expense. I had recently had the broken right-hand mirror module on my Honda replaced with a new one, and the remote adjuster stopped working shortly after the repair. The shop owner said i needed a new switch. When he said he would have to send someone to pick up the switch remotely, I volunteered to go myself, since I had an errand in Sacramento the next day. I called Rancho from Sacramento and spoke to Richard. When i told him the left-hand adjuster worked, he said the switch, which was a toggle, wasn't the problem. He said the wire had probably come loose wire inside the door. When the shop owner insisted it was the switch, I got a neighbor to look at it. The wire had indeed come completely out of the connection, and was hanging loose. It was an 80+ mile trip, but totally worth it! Net cost: beer and pizza with the neighbor. The gas cost was offset by saving 35 bucks for an unnecessary part.”

“I've used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It's great. Some techs can be rude, but usually they are wonderful. After a two-year absence due to hospitalization, I called in desperate need of an insulin Rx. When I left a care facility after two years, they neglected to give me any insulin for immediate use upon departure. I called CVS and they said it would be a week, giving me multiple excuses. As a diabetic I couldn't wait a week. I called Bel Air Gold River pharmacy and explained my situation. The Tech talked to the pharmacy director, they said they'd work on it. I had my insulin Rx within two hours, picking it up around 7 p.m. that evening. They literally saved my life. They close at 7, but stayed a little over to allow me to pick up. They are quick to fill orders when I need them, and at times have given me small doses to tie me over until the regular Rx is done. They have been especially helpful during the pandemic. I trust them, something that's invaluable in a pharmacy.”
