(April 12, 2023, 10:53 pm)We had a freezer die at our facility this morning, and within one hour of a phone call we had a new unit being delivered by the afternoon. Their service was fantastic. The delivery guys were super professional and got our old unit completely disassembled and removed the casters and then installed the new unit with no damage to anything I am beyond impressed. They really took care of us and our residents so well.
