“THE BEST DENTIST FACILITY TO GO TO! Personally I hate going to the dentist and have avoided going for way too long. Recently I started to have major pain in my bottom jaw and had to find a dentist…quickly. I found DR. Huynh’s office and decided to give them a try…maybe get estimates for a few places. Nancy, the receptionist was extremely helpful and was able to get me an appointment the follow week. When I went in for my appointment I didn’t know what to expect but I had a great experience. Dr. Huynh informed me that I needed a lot of work done but that I may need to see a specialist to remove one wisdom tooth because it was close to a nerve which caused my pain. Nancy was able to help me out with finding a specialist and told me she would give me a call when she heard back from the insurance. Well insurance was taking too long and the pain was pretty bad, so Nancy suggested that it might be possible for Dr. Huynh to remove the tooth so I said let’s do it. I had two wisdom teeth pulled just on Tuesday with them. The first tooth I didn’t even feel DR. Huynh pull, it was amazing. The second tooth was a bit more difficult but she would keep asking if I’m okay, she would stop for a second to give my jaw a break. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Both Nancy and Dr. Huynh have been so helpful throughout this whole process. I kept feeling like I was bugging Nancy with questions or concerns but she was completely sweet and understanding. I highly suggest going to this location. The Dr also told me I needed my teeth cleaned but I originally was going to get the tooth pulled and not go back to the dentist but now I plan to go back in for a deep cleaning in August and check ups with Laguna Park Dentistry. Thank you Dr. Huynh and Nancy for all your help!”

“I was disappointed with Costco in some ways but it’s a huge improvement over the audiologist I went to five years go. My Dr. recommended the audiologist so I went there unquestioningly and wound up with hearing aids that were extremely expensive and nearly useless. With hearing aids, the customer has almost no information. I read as much as possible but could find only generalities and audiologists claiming that the quality of the examination is what counts. The Costco exam was much more thorough than the audiologist’s. It took four times as long and got pretty boring, actually. My hearing aids are a lot better than the old ones and cost 2/3s as much. What part of the difference is Costco vs. local rip off artist and how much is cheaper and better technology I have no way of knowing. The warranty is much better – 6 months vs. 6 weeks. Service is much better – with a simple problem, I can wander in there any time and get it tended to. You can even get help on Sunday, but I think you need to call beforehand to be sure. I would definitely go back to Costco again. That said, my experience was not all I’d hoped. Be aware whether the prices you see are for a pair or an individual unit. The aids I bought were priced by the each and cost more than I’d hoped. I use Bluetooth a lot and was warned that this would reduce battery life to only about a week. Batteries last 2½ days. They showed me a neat feature using your iPhone to adjust the coverage area in restaurants so you can hear a person across the table better. I expected my hearing aids to do that. They don’t. That feature may be more of a toy than anything useful but I have no way of knowing.”

“Signature Roofing is simply excellent! I had major dry rot and sagging roofs that required extensive cutting and repair, at the second story and at times quite precarious to work on. Kevin’s roofers were on time every day, professional, friendly, kept the job site clean, and very responsive to any questions I had. It was difficult work and they did a great job! I obtained multiple quotes from different roofers and found Signature Roofing’s price fair and reasonable. I chose them because I liked their solution to my roofing issue and they weren’t shortcutting the work like some of the others wanted to do. I will definitely use Signature Roofing for any other repairs that might come up and would highly recommend them.”

“We had Tommy design and install landscape lighting for the front yard originally in 2003. We liked the work so much we had him back the following year to do the back yard. Late last year we had Tommy and crew do a complete update of the whole system front and back to new LED technology. I can control the whole thing from my cell phone now! This was a good size project covering just under an acre. The whole house front and back absolutely pops at night with Tommy’s masterful design. His team are all top notch as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but The Lighting Geek for a landscape lighting project.”
