“Fun park with a lake in a great location! Fish for bass, trout, and crappie or enjoy a picnic! Centralized restrooms and a special area for small children to play and run around. Leisurely stroll around the lake to take in the views of local and migrating wildlife or the snow topped mountains in the distance. There is plenty of room for social distancing and picnic tables throughout the park. There is also a large covered picnic area you can reserve for large gatherings with a big barbecue pit for cooking up some grub. A day use fee is required for all visitors and varies in price depending on your vehicle/vessel (only $5 for cars). The permit is valid for the entire day, and the machine takes cash or credit/debit cards (no coins). Check it out and enjoy your time at the lake!”

“I was a member of another church in Hercules CA for over 30 years, moved away and thought to myself it's going to be really, REALLY hard to find a church that lives up to the very VERY high standards my previous church (Valley Bible) set for all those years...excellent ministry support in various areas including children's ministry, multicultural members (which to me is what heaven will consist of), very personable pastor who doesn't compromise on God's Word...one who reaches out and touches with genuine caring, members who are warm and genuine as well. When I visited the first time, I was impressed enough to visit again, the second time I was ABLE to check each of the boxes on ALL my desired wants and needs with Creekside Christian Church, oh and I do want to mention their excellent choir which my prior church had as well...very important! My next step is to become a member and make Creekside my new church home, I'm sure my beloved previous pastor Phil Howard would approve!”

“Very nice 9 hole course. Great for practicing all your irons and a couple holes are long enough to get out your hybrids. Always friendly staff. The greens are well maintained and u can tell they put a lot of care into it. I give them 5 stars all day long. I guess if I had one thing I could recommend, it would be to clean the carts cause they are dirty. Not a huge deal overall, but we do notice it. Otherwise the carts ride nice, no issues with that. As always, thank you, we love this course and we keep coming back. ☆👍🏻”

The yogurt sauce was fresh and made with local dairy. He served a special yogurt with imported expensive Iranian shallots. Wonderful experience. A must try. Will return often.”

It comprises of mostly Slavic families, who emigrated out of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and other former republics of the former Soviet Union. The elders of this church lived through and survived many challenges and hardships as they worked very hard to provide for their families in desperate circumstances, and enduring, they arrived in the United States to find better days for their children and grandchildren. Their traditions and stories fill the congregation with a deep and rich history and culture. The young families of this church are the majority of it's members and it's heartbeat; this church dedicates much of its effort, resources, and heart to this group and their families in the form of Kids Ministries, Teen Ministries, and Youth Ministries. The youth are very active in local and global outreach, and regularly meet to grow and work together to make sure people are taken care of and that needs are met as much as possible. This church is actively pursuing relationships and partnering with other local congregations and ministries to help the local community in practical and spiritual ways.
