They allow you to check in by text and you can wait in your car (or go in to Freestyle or Trader Joe's) while you wait. They send a text when they are ready for you. I dropped my car off so I can go back to work and he would text me during the process to update me and I was able to pay through a link they sent to my phone. When I got back he gave me a really good breakdown of the work done and what I need to pay attention too, the thing I liked about it was I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or anything, he was honest about everything which I take to heart. “The pick up was not as fast as I would like but it was pleasant. I received a brand new Jeep Wrangler when I had only requested a small SUV. I was scheduled to drop off at a different location. The next day I called he drop off location to extend my reservation and it was very quick and easy. Do not call the number on the folder to extend your reservation. It is a computer and it is not helpful at all. I just dropped it off today and they were very quick, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you Avis! I will rent from you again.”

“Carl's Jr is one of my most favorite fast food restaurants. Their products look more like their advertising pictures than any other fast food place. I hate it when a get a burger that doesn't look anything like what I ordered. Carl's also has French fried zucchini which is better than French fries any day. Prices are high, but where aren't they now days? The taste makes their products a better value to me.”
