They’ve been remodeled and the kitchen is especially beautiful with dark cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. One of my favorite features is the gas fire place, it really cozies up the space and makes me feel at home. Plus laundry in unit is unbeatable. Management is superior here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. The maintenance man is super personable, as well as quick and efficient. And as a bonus the team here is following all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures to ensure safety for all on the property. This apartment complex is one of a kind for the area, tucked away on a beautiful plot to land in a quiet neighborhood. Also very close to all sorts of shopping (sunrise mall), restaurants and outdoor activities. It is well worth the price to live here. I absolutely love it.”
