After assessing the damage, which I knew wouldn't be good, they went over all my options to get it repaired and tried to give me the best options possible through financing or through my own sources if I wished. Ultimately I decided not to repair my old car, but the way I and it was treated so respectfully was exactly what I needed in the stressful situation of not having a car to get around on. I hope not to need my next car repaired, but I'll definitely come back if I do.”
