“Love this gym! My daughter and I have been training there for a couple months now. She is five and in the bulletproof program I have seen a boost in confidence and respecting from her. Jiu Jitsu for me has always been a challenge because I have cerebral palsy coaching staff as well as other team members are more than willing and capable to help me figure out ways to adapt the movies that are difficult! “I used a guest pass and went with my brother, who was a certified personal trainer, and a member at the gym. I did not feel intimidated or bothered. I enjoyed seeing lots of elderly members enjoying themselves and staying fit. I'm glad to see the childcare offered. There's lots of classes, a pool and many more activities to keep someone fit. If it wasn't so expensive I might make this my local gym but the price is astronomical. Still, I recommend it to those who can afford it. It's in a nice neighborhood and I felt safe.”
