“Second colonoscopy, first at this facility through Kaiser. Nice facility. Clean. Well air-conditioned. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was comfortable and felt they were sensitive towards patients. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and was told to tell my driver to expect a 1-2 hour wait (driver cannot stay at facility). I was home by 11 a.m. They also communicated well via email and phone calls to prepare me for the procedure and answer any questions.”
