“I love the apartment we moved into, the floors are lovely as well as the floor plan. My only complaint is the garage was not cleaned before we moved in, as we were told and when I swept what looked like bird nest in the corners and cob webs around the door, I accidentally disconnect a wire. Told the maintenance gentleman, if it was cleaned out like we were told, I would not have had to clean it myself. Also, there was trash outside our patio. There is an old saying, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. We were the squeaky wheel and things got done. Have to say though, the hallways look unfinished without a baseboard. I've worked in construction and I have never seen hallways, without baseboards. There are places where the drywall has been damaged, hence the reason for baseboards, which prevents that from happening. Bottom line, hallways look unfinished, looking like a warehouse.”
