Jr was so helpful and friendly. He diagnosed my daughters car within an hour of my arrival and gave me his honest and thorough opinion on whether to fix it or junk it. I appreciated his professionalism and respect as a woman customer who is not so familiar with cars and just gets in and drives LOL Jr could have easily taken advantage of me but instead saved me so much money and headaches that I was anticipating anew mechanic would give me. AND I FOUND M&M CAR PROS AND I'M SO GLAD I DID. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. MARIO CAME TO MY HOUSE TO LOOK AT THE CAR. HE TOOK IT THAT SAME DAY. HE GOT ME THE PARTS SO FAST HE WAS GIVING ME UPDATES OFTEN. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM. HE FINISHED MY CAR SUPER QUICK.
