(February 20, 2019, 9:10 pm)Excellent customer service. Competitive rates. Both Crystal and Bill were exceptionally friendly and communicative. Facility is sparkling clean from the restroom to the office. Renting our unit was painless with Crystal's organized, efficient expertise. Highly recommend.

(January 14, 2019, 9:11 pm)The employee that helped us outside was Andre. He helped us move our property in. He was super nice, very patient, and kind. We went in the rain in need to immediately store our items and he stood outside with us the entire time. The employee that helped us with our paperwork was Ana. She was extremely bright, well-read, and very kind. She helped us with the paperwork, rules, and made it very clear with what we were paying. Definitely a great and easy experience.

* Update* I have rented a little over a year and still satisfied. I just helped my grandmother rent a unit. Staff was extra nice and patient she even listened to my grandmothers stories. I will always recommend extra space.
