"Just go ahead and give us a call when you are here and we will come out to get your pet" is completely ridiculous. I am positive I called 64 times (all busy signals) I became irritated and impatient and went to door and a girl rushed out to me like I was a crazy person. Before I did my sad walk back to car another girl came and said she had called 114 times. My cat was attacked by a opossum . when we were finally seen vitals taken. Then vet came in went over the cost and she said someone would be right back to get my cat Franklin with my bill too. 2 and 1/2 hours later the vet techs
Was back like it was only a few minutes. I was like what the actual hell took this long. No real answer was my answer. .my poor cat was in pain but at least he was finally getting help. 1000$ worth. He should of not been made to wait for a bill that I had already signed and agreed to.i have no idea why we were left in room #3 for 2and half hours. Overall we had an emergency and no other choice.busy overwhelmed or understaffed but maybe a word or two when you leave people in rooms for too long, let them know some thing like they weren't forgotten. (November 10, 2022, 6:02 pm)I was able to get my pet cat seen here for pleural effusion. They gave me a price floor and price ceiling for what to expect in draining fluid from his thorax - which was helpful. And I’m thankful they acknowledged my financial concern with the emergency visit. I just wanted to get my little buddy some time to feel better. We were recommended to see a local specialist as soon as possible. Unfortunately he passed away 4 days after being discharged and our appointment with a specialist was two weeks away.
Otis seemed to have no issues for the day of dismissal to the next three days (between 24 and 30 breaths) and on his last day it had spiked up incredibly fast and he soon passed away. I was able to get a few more cuddling moments with him over those few days before he passed.
This emergency clinic provided me copies of everything - including bi-hourly status reports and X-rays. They did what they could, to my knowledge. They even wrote “Very sweet” as part of the final notes before discharging him to us. Otis was a very sweet boy and I’m sad to see him gone, but I am grateful for the service provided as they warned me that it was spontaneous (chylothorax, plueral effusion) and could have had an underlying heart condition. I got a few really good days out of it.

(November 5, 2022, 10:12 am)I took my 19 Year old Poodle there to get put down after a very bad night. They were so caring and the vet that helped my sweet Anna cross Rainbow Bridge was just the most caring and nicest lady. Thank you for being so helpful and kind to my sweet girl you guys are truly amazing.
(July 5, 2022, 10:00 am)4th of July emergency. My big boy ate half a corn cob, which he would be able to digest and probably not pass. I couldn’t get him to vomit at home, so off to the emergency clinic. The office staff is always kind and helpful. The Doctor was wonderful and compassionate. My dog was well cared for and the cob was retrieved. Cost was minimal!!! Thanks for all you guys do!!!
(June 25, 2022, 12:52 pm)Wonderful clinic. Amazing staff and doctors - everyone was patient, compassionate, and professional. Helped get my dog Baron, who was having cluster seizures, treated and home safe. Clean facility, very calm (which is amazing for an ER) and accessible. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would.
