“I've had to visit T-Mobile on a few different occasions and this is by far my favorite location in the high desert. The gps on my phone was no longer working and instead of simply pushing me to spend hundreds of dollars on an upgrade, the staff explained my options to me. They reported my phone as defective and my replacement was there within 2 business days. The folks that work here are always kind, courteous and have fantastic customer service skills. Ive been helped by nearly everyone on the staff and could not be happier!
