I was amazed how nice and friendly the staff was. I checked in and 5 min later they called me in. Very organized process. Dr. Keith was very nice and very personable. Patiently and calmly explained everything. Also, he was very friendl. After my exam I stopped by the eye glass department and again the lady who helped me pick my new pair of eye glasses was extremely knowledgeable. They had good variety of eye glasses and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Dr. Keith. The appointment might be not available for a month or so but it's worth waiting bc they provide good care with no rush.
This doctor was incredibly caring, very professional and quickly diagnosed my issue. One of the most pleasant experiences I have every had visiting the doctor. His demeanor was reassuring and his expertise was evident.
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Burkart, Leslie and the rest of their staff. Always friendly and professional. Would recommend calling ahead a couple of months as they are very busy but worth the wait.

Wow! What an exceptional optometric firm. I'm a loyal client that just ordered a second pair of glasses. I like the location, selection of stylish and professional frames. I really like the office staff - Julie's got such charm and style delivered with warm professionalism. Leslie's been a particularly proactive and effective "counselor" that's helped me during the selection process. I recommend Dr. Burkart as an excellent optometrist in Lake Arrowhead.
