“I had my first appt yesterday with Dr. Shareef's office in Lake Arrowhead. The entire office staff is very nice. Sarah, at the front desk, is very sweet, efficient & helpful. Nurse practitioner, Jasdeep, did my pap. She was very professional & kind. I didn't get to meet Dr. Shareef but I look forward to it in the future. There are several award plaques on the waiting room wall for "Most Compassionate Doctor Of The Year." Impressive!! I saw a YouTube interview with her in which she was very knowledgeable and thorough in answering questions about Covid-19. I had to wait over an hour to be seen, but probably 15 minutes of that was due to it being my first time so they were processing my signed documents into their computer system. The patient room is set up very poorly for a pap. There's no privacy if you're sitting or laying on the table. When the door opens, anyone in the office outside the room can see you in all your exposed glory. 😱 Nevertheless, I'll be back. I'm so excited to find a female doctor (& nurse practitioner) on the mountain!! And I'm confident that they'll take good care of me. 👍😊”

“I still give Dr. Kyi Kyi five stars, despite the sometimes unusually long wait times, because I already know that might be the case (I should have got an early appointment, duh) and she has helped my health like no one else has (especially, migraines with aura, thank you so much). I can't corroborate the reviews on Google, and other sites, about being mean because she has always been really nice, understanding, and downright humorous with me. Yes, I have experienced the 2 hour waits, but I've also experienced the unannounced walk-in with a 30 minute wait to physically sit in front of her. My wife also goes and says she's very nice to her. She made me feel at ease during my first full blown physical in my forties (you know what that means) when I was very nervous. I really like her practice and usually shoot for a very early appointment so that it's not pushed back. That's my best advice.”

“I was amazed how nice and friendly the staff was. I checked in and 5 min later they called me in. Very organized process. Dr. Keith was very nice and very personable. Patiently and calmly explained everything. Also, he was very friendl. After my exam I stopped by the eye glass department and again the lady who helped me pick my new pair of eye glasses was extremely knowledgeable. They had good variety of eye glasses and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Dr. Keith. The appointment might be not available for a month or so but it's worth waiting bc they provide good care with no rush.”
