“So I have to share this story because it was just such a rare experience to have at a restaurant. We've been going to the East of Chicago in Ossian for awhile now. Nothing new, same good pizza. Same good people. The other day my family went in to sit down and have a meal. The owner has always been extra friendly with us and my young daughter. But today the owner saw that my daughter wasn't eating. No specific reason, the terrible twos are sitting in hard and she's just extra picky. Well the owner saw this, and went out of her way to make a plate of spaghetti for my daughter. She thought that maybe my daughter didn't like what we had ordered and wanted to get her something else. We don't know the owner that well which made this experience so much better. It's not like we've been friends for years and she's just helping out again. She is just legitimately a good person and goes out of her way to be friendly with people. We always said we liked East of Chicago in Ossian but this nails the point home.”

“Always clean they have high quality washers and dryers. They offer fast free wi-fi . The staff is friendly always cleaning and taking care of the customers . One downside is that the TV's don't get good signal because of the antenna . Otherwise they lowered the prices and it is now more affordable . They even have massage chairs and a place for kids to play . Even arcade games also a bathroom and a place to fill up gallon bottles with water . Also it smells nice .”
