“I was very pleased with the service I received from Automotive Connection. It was by far the best truck/equipment rental experience I’ve had. The proprietor Carol was very pleasant to deal with and quite accommodating. Even though I stated I would only need the truck for 4 hours and would have it back by their 6pm closing, Carol was certain I was under estimating the move based on the information I provided. She then told me just to call her personal number when we were done, and she would return to the shop to check us in and save us the hassle of coming back tomorrow. Now THAT is customer service. We finished at 9pm and true to her word, she was there waiting for us. Oh….. and the 14ft truck she gave us was new with only 200 miles on it. Even though there are U-Haul locations closer to where I live now, I will definitely go out of my way to use Automotive Connection for any moving needs in the future. I was that impressed. ”
