  Service was impeccable by all staff, I called ahead to let them know I would be picking up my car and dropping off loaner at a specific time and they had my car ready outside, all i had to do was pay for my service and walk out no waiting it was great. Excellent Customer Service, from my rep. Pamela. Highly recommend BMW of Ontario.

  Best car buying experience yet! Wyland was fantastic! So happy with our purchase, definitely recommend! Honest, trustworthy dealer! You don’t come across those often! I’ll definitely be recommending everyone to him!

  Absolutely a great experience. Service advisor Jerry Garcia was amazing. Took me in without an appointment and even got me a loaner car when none were available. Keep me in the loop at all times and even went out of his way to have my car hand washed because of my aftermarket wheels. Service bays and guest lounge are immaculate and just a nice place to hang out. Overall a great experience, k would recommend their service department to anyone with a BMW.

  My experience overall has been great! However the last time I was there for repair and recall issues they failed to reset the computer in my car so I still have a service due issue. Other than that Anthony zabala and Ulysses are absolutely on point

  BMW Ontario is a good place to visit. Good because when I came in there is always somebody to help you. When I parked in line for service a valet readily came to get your car. After a moment of waiting a service advisor came and did some paperwork. And he told us that at least three (3) hours are needed to service the vehicle due to some outstanding recalls on the car. After 2 and half hour we came back and after more than half hour waiting in their waiting lounge, had coffee, we finally got our car. The car had been washed free of charge aside from all free additional services rendered due to airbag recall. We thank BMW services for that. But there is one thing that the service advisor did not tell us when he handed the car back to us. The add coolant lamp on the dash lighted up. It was not there before. I know the coolant is up to the level. And I know that a defective sensor must be the cause. An old BMW has a plenty of parts that decayed due to age. And that's the reason for a 4 star review.
