“We have a 10+ yr old Hyundai Forklift that had a bad reverse assembly. We are not service/repair but I did know what part i was looking for. I called and got Jesus in the parts dept. Jesus took my part info and the system brought up over a dozen parts. He sent emails and received pics of the part I had to confirm which part was correct. He then sent the part within 1 business day with tracking and follow up. Jesus didn't charge me until I confirmed the part was correct when i received it. I haven't seen great service like that in a long time, great job Jesus!”

When you call, they ask for more specific information to make sure that the windshield is correct for your vehicle and to provide a final quote before booking your appointment. I was able to utilize the mobile service and my AAA discount. Alyson, at the appointment call center was very helpful in making sure my appointment time would work for school drop off and pick ups. This was such a big deal to me! Eunice, at the Ontario location, was especially patient, friendly and helpful sorting out some confusion over lane departure feature. She was beyond professional!
