“I haven't been to this location in several years, I was pleasantly surprised by the remodel. I really liked the update. The 2 associates that helped me were nice and very helpful. There were 2 issues that I noticed, the ladies room and some areas of the store needed straightening. When the store was remodeled they obviously didn't remodel the restroom, Target as a whole needs to do better on the cleanliness and functionality of their restrooms.”

“What great service I received here. I had a screw fall out of my frames. I was in from out of town and needed them repaired as I needed to drive and can't without my glasses. I had gone to the LensCrafters at Ontario Mills Mall and was told 2-4 hours. Plus, they were rude. As I walked up to the Target Optical, Daniel greeted me like a long lost friend. I think he could tell I was frustrated and was so friendly and asked what he could do for me. I showed him my frames and he said, I got you with a big smile. 5 minutes later, my frames were good as new. I asked what I owed and he said a nice smile was all he needed from me. Believe me, he got a great smile. He really saved the day. In addition, he turned my bad mood around. He literally, made my day! I made one screw up when I started installing them and when I contacted technical support for advice I spoke with Thomas Lamb. Thomas had me send him some pictures so he could remedy my mistake. “When I look at an establishment and they have all five star reviews I get pretty skeptical. Well, I called re on a Sunday at 12 noon. They called back within 5 minutes and said someone would be out within the hour. I almost broke into laughter when he said that. Not only were they out within an hour, it was less than 40 minutes. They did a fantastic job clearing my main line clog. Work was done quickly and with great care. I also felt the rates were more than reasonable for a Sunday service call. I actually had one company tell me they could come on Tuesday. Really, two days later? I am a customer for life now. You guys have saved the day. Thanks again”
