“We have a 10+ yr old Hyundai Forklift that had a bad reverse assembly. We are not service/repair but I did know what part i was looking for. I called and got Jesus in the parts dept. Jesus took my part info and the system brought up over a dozen parts. He sent emails and received pics of the part I had to confirm which part was correct. He then sent the part within 1 business day with tracking and follow up. Jesus didn't charge me until I confirmed the part was correct when i received it. I haven't seen great service like that in a long time, great job Jesus!”

However the staff are very helpful and righteous in rendering all necessary information to over come the child support plight. They are well aware of our situation, they do this for a living. I will say this, complete all necessary forms, attend court dates, make payments even if it's only $20 it counts. 1 star for bureaucracy, 5 stars for the staff.”
