First time buying a new car. Bought a 2022 Impreza from salesman Christian great experience and everyone was friendly 10/10 would buy again.

I bought two 2021 vehicles a Subaru Ascent & Forester from salesman Rocky, sales and scheduled services has always exceeded my expectations.

So I purchased a New Outback Wilderness with Enrique Parra (salesman). And saw there was some small scratches on the black rear wheel trim and mentioned that it looked like something that I can wash off. Apparently it wasn’t! The scratches were there even after the Outback was washed and it bugged me for 2 weeks since this was a brand new car. I called up Enrique and out of good faith he talked to his higher ups and convinced them to replace the part for me for free. If you are going to buy a Car at this dealership USE ENRIQUE! He’s the type of sales man that will still help you after the sale is complete! We need more salesman like him !
