  Crown Lexus is by far my favorite Lexus dealership. Every time I'm there they are honest with me and make sure a new car owner and buyer understands everything before doing anything. They go over prices with me and then explains things to me thoroughly.
  
  I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Amber so far and they were just the best. They are both very professional and you can tell that they are very knowledgeable and that they enjoy working there. I had a lot of questions and Jim took car of me like his own daughter. He literally told me to take the necessary precautions just in case I get charged for something else. I really love how they treat you like family here!
  
  I would honestly recommend this dealership to anyone!

  OMG, the staff at Crown Lexus was AMAZING!!! The courtesy began with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment, she was AWESOME!!! Then, I was introduced to the Service Provider and she listened to my concerns with my car and kept me informed on the diagnosis the time frame as to when my car would be ready for pick up. All issues were addressed and my car is running as smooth as ever. Overall, it was a great experience, from start to finish and I'll definitely be back. Thanks Crown Lexus.

  Welcoming dealership. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. Car buying process was a breeze and conversations were pleasant. The coffee machine and snacks provided were a plus. We are definitely coming back to Crown Lexus for servicing the vehicle and if we choose to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Crown Lexus

  Review from January 2019 - I returned for the 100K service on our 2005 RX330. Tony Hang, my service adviser, was exceptional in his care, professionalism, and knowledgeable in handling the services needed by my vehicle. As with my ES300 in December 2018, the vehicle was returned running like new. The service, accommodations, and the entire service team with whom I interacted, from cashiers to service advisers, at Crown Lexus are outstanding.
  Review from December 2018 - I have been having my 2000 ES300 serviced here for the past 12 years and I continue to be totally impressed with the level and proficiency of the service offered at Crown Lexus. I brought it in for it's major service (150K miles). Tony Hang, my service adviser, located and resolved the issue quickly. He is extremely caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was returned literally running like new. I was extremely impressed and will continue to seek him and Crown Lexus out for future services.

  Crown Lexus provided me with prompt and courteous service for my RX 350. The service valet met me in the appointment service line and assisted in moving me out of the rain and into a nice dry area.
  Keith Marshall, my Service Consultant, kept me informed of the progress of the technicians as they performed regularly scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend Crown Lexus given my recent experience.
  Five Star treatment all the way!
