“Crown Lexus is by far my favorite Lexus dealership. Every time I'm there they are honest with me and make sure a new car owner and buyer understands everything before doing anything. They go over prices with me and then explains things to me thoroughly. I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Amber so far and they were just the best. They are both very professional and you can tell that they are very knowledgeable and that they enjoy working there. I had a lot of questions and Jim took car of me like his own daughter. He literally told me to take the necessary precautions just in case I get charged for something else. I really love how they treat you like family here!
