Baseline Carpet Care

Mike really impressed me. I have been needing a tile cleaning for a very long time but just kept forgetting about it. I finally reached out to Baseline Carpet Care and they sent Mike right away. Not only is he great at the work that he does but he is such a nice guy. I was happy to have him in my home. He was very hard working and made sure that my tile was as clean as possible. I really appreciate the work that he put in and will definitely be requesting him the next time I need a cleaning done. Overall, this company was wonderful. The work was great and so were the prices.

This is my first time trying out this company. The last carpet cleaning place I used went out of business last year so I called a few places for prices and settled on Baseline. They sent Mike out to do my carpets. My house has carpets in every room (other than the kitchen and the bathroom) and so it was a big job for him but he handled the whole thing quickly and professionally. He was able to get stains out for me, shampoo every room, and leave everything looking wonderful. I am thrilled with the job that was done. This company is fantastic and Mike is great at what he does. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and how helpful he was. I am so pleased with the way my bathroom and kitchen tile looks. He really make sure that they were spotless. It's so hard to clean tile on your own so I'm so glad that I now have a company I can call for cleanings. The customer service was great as well. Overall, I don't have a single complaint. They definitely get two thumbs up from me. Highly recommended.

Thank you Baseline for helping us out this week. I needed a cleaning because I was having unexpected company this weekend and they sent Mike out the same day I called. I call that service! He did a beautiful job cleaning everything. I have never seen my carpets look so good. It was such a relief to be able to get a cleaning so quickly and easily. I just wanted to take a moment and mention how positive it has been using Baseline Carpet Care for the last couple of months. Because I have both children and pets my carpets take a lot. I have always had someone come out monthly to clean them. I tried Baseline in April just to see if they could do a better job than the company I had been using. The difference was huge. Mike is usually the one who comes out to do our cleanings and he does amazing work. He’s always able to get the pet stains out of our carpet and he is always a pleasure to be around. This company is fantastic and I have every intention of continuing to use them.
