Bill did an excellent job when cleaning my couch. He was professional, punctual, and friendly. The couch looks amazing. He was also clear about the fact that he will not upcharge people. He charged me the quoted price and not a dime more. I have used other companies that have quoted me one price and charged 4 times more once they arrived. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill did a great job at getting the smell out of my one person chair that had some soiling on it from my naughty cats, not only was he friendly, but he communicated with me everything from the first phone call to him heading over to my place. He also showed me and explained what he was putting into the furniture to get the smell out.
