Michael is a great well rounded agent. We had this home listed as a short sale before and we were not able to sell the property due to the bank not approving the short sale. We did not know why, and we were still hopelessly trying to understand the situation from the bank with no hope of getting a clear answer. The situation with our property was COMPLEX! When we started working with him, he immediately took over the situation and helped us map out a game plan then immediately took action. He got our property sold in 7 days with a cash offer!! Unfortunately, the bank wouldn't budge with the short sale and it outside of his control. He went above and beyond, tried to help us through his connections but still no hope.

On a positive note, thanks to him... we now understand what we need to do in regards to the property and the steps that we need to take to rectify the situation with the bank.
