“So I have read multiple if not hundreds of reviews and I always start in the (1) one star category first to see if the complaints are usually repetitive, which they were. I recently came across a new network provider so my usual eye doctor I wasn't able to go to. I've seen the commercials, I've read plenty of reviews then I figured why not give this place a chance because there were still some great reviews. Usually all the one-star reviews stated that they try to push you in and out as fast as possible and that they don't treat you as nicely as their usual eye doctor. Tho on my visit I experienced a completely different side of those reviews. I made my appointment online using their website, it was fast and easy. I showed up to my eye exam 15 minutes prior to appointment like they ask you to do on the website, I was seen quickly, in fact I was seen almost instantly. They gave me the paperwork to start the process so I can fill out my information, once I completed their forms they started my exam which only took about 10 to 15 minutes just like my last eye doctor. There was no rushing in that matter. After the exam was over I was called to the main doctor's office where he was able to go over my information and proceeded to do two more eye test. Once everything was completed someone was ready to meet me outside the door and help me pick out a new pair of glasses. We went over all the information on what I can and cannot get based on my insurance and they were very helpful on helping me understand what I qualify for. Needless to say I purchased my new glasses which will only take 1 week to come in. I'm very satisfied with this company that I am even recommending my parents, friends and other family members to come to this location. I hope this review helps most people especially understanding that there can be a lot of bad reviews but that's all based off personal preference, if they're comparing them to there other eye doctor that they are already familiar and comfortable with then there reviews won't be as honest as it should be.”

“Dr Newandee is still our favorite family doctor. We are so blessed to have him. One of those reasons is because if we have an issue and one of our family members is not feeling well he will go through all lengths to eliminate anything he may think be happening to you and your body. He recently found a hard lump in my husbands throat through ordering a scan. As soon as he found it he refereed him to an excellent surgeon. We found out it was a nodule possibly cancerous in his thyroid. Dr. Newandee caught it just in time. Today my husband is perfectly healthy. Its so helpful when we have a Dr like Newandee who shows his patients compassion and concern.”
