I wanted to surprise my son with a custom hat because he is playing Freshman football. I called David and talked to him. He said come on down and he had great ideas with the hat. We were able to do the logo for the high school that my son and I really liked. The hats turned out AMAZING!! I will always go back here for any of my embroidery engraving or anything special because I am sure they will be able to do it. This hat looks like I bought it from LIDS!!! Austin and Lindsey were both well spoken and provided great customer service. I brought in my own backpack and I was unsure if they were going to be able to stitch it. Austin double checked with his team and confirmed it was possible to stitch the backpack. We were called in to inspect the draft sample stitch and notice some issues. Lindsey communicated with us to let us know they will completely rework it and everything would be taken care of. Thereafter we were called in to pickup the products and Austin was very friendly and had everything ready for us. We will be working with them again soon!
