(April 10, 2019, 12:02 am)I love the foundation!!! This bootcamp delivers great workouts that always makes sure to challenge you! I never thought that a bootcamp style workout would be something that I would want to commit to. The trainers make sure to keep you motivated while still pushing you to meet your fitness goals. I have tried many other group setting workouts and The Foundation is by far my favorite. I can easily become bored with a repetitive workout routine and lose interest in going to the gym all together. But The Foundation does a great job with mixing up the workout routine. I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice! The community within the gym is very welcoming and everyone cheers each other on.
