He explained the whole process throughly and quickly, answered all of my questions and was a genuinely nice guy. I decided to do the professional (1 hour) because I had a lot of staining due to coffee. I had no sensitivity throughout the hour but a little that lasted a few hours after. I came back in the next day to do another 30 minute session and will continue to do maintenance every 3-4 months because I loved my results!”
