This is Bob's furniture warehouse in el Cajon Riverside,, this is not the store..
If you don't want to pay delivery you have to pickup from this place like I did with my new furniture , gentlemen at the entrance, great costumer service, loading area it was quick and easy with the other guys there..

Bob’s just keeps scorings 10’s. Came to the Dist. Center today to pick up our couch, spoke with Ken when I checked in and he was in a terrific mood, it made the transaction surprisingly enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, a breath of fresh air in todays Brave New World.

I guess I will have furniture delivered from now on. I opted to pick up mom's new recliner in my truck. So I drive all the way out to north San Bernardino to the warehouse. Park the truck and go let them know I'm here to pick up a recliner. They say ok, pull your truck up here. I go back to my truck and it won't start. It acts like it wants to start but can't get it to. 😕 I call for a tow truck, they say it's going to be 90 minutes before they get there. I'm not happy but ok. After waiting about an hour, I tried again to start my truck, it starts right up! Of coursr I've already canceled picking up and scheduled it to be delivered. I guess I should of stuck with delivery to begin with. 🙄

Sturdy furniture and decent price perfect for my little apartment will go back and buy at this location for future house furniture great customer service people willing to help even If it's not in stock distribution center not to far got there picked up my table and was out within minutes thank you.😁😁😁💙
