(October 22, 2018, 6:32 pm)After our accident we were confused and frustrated. We had insurance but never needed to us it before so we were not sure what to do, say or expect. I found that the people at service king were the only people who knew what we should do. Every phone call or visit we had the staff was extremely helpful. They let us know more about how insurance company's work than we got directly from the insurance company. We brought our car in and they kept us informed the entire way through the process. We had one person, Jesse, following our car the whole time. So when we called, we spoke to him and he answered our questions, rather than sending me from department to department talking to a different person that really didn't know anything about my situation. They fought with the insurance company about repairs for us, making our lives easier. My car looks as great as it did before the accident. Thank you for making my life easy in such a difficult time.
