“We came to Victorville for a few months over the summer for an internship. They allowed us to sign a short term lease which worked out nicely. Rent was a bit more than we would have liked but seem to be fairly average for the quality of the complex and the area. The application and approval process was lengthy and a bit tricky but the staff helped us sort through it all. The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Security in and out of the complex was adequate other than the week the main gain seemed to be malfunctioning. The apartment itself was well fairly well maintained. Had a couple issues that were taken care of by maintenance quickly. Had some damage occur to my car while living there, were never able to figure out what happened because the complex security cameras were lacking in coverage of parking throughout the entire complex. The area around the complex isn't the greatest but was fairly quiet during the time we were there. Overall though a great place to live in Victorville.”
