I have sent an email, called and attempted to chat with no reply or response. Hoping to get this resolved soon but not feeling very hopeful. The two stars is because it seems like a nice piece of equipment…….if it worked ……….update I was quick to review negatively but received an email today about fixing the issue. This shop was straight up with me and told me if they could order the vinyl and get it in they would turn it around for me. “This Home Depot is a hit or miss for me. I went in this afternoon looking to replace my cabinet hinges. When asking for very specific help, the associate offered no help or to call someone over to the dept I needed help in stating “Just go to aisle 20 you’ll see the hinges to your left. Just stand there and you might see someone from hardware”. I ended up purchasing the incorrect hinges. Upon returning this evening, the check stand employee called an associate over to aisle 20 in which he arrived very shortly less than 5 minutes. The associate in charge of the hardware dept was not only able to explain to me why the hinges did not fit correctly, but also found the correct ones I needed on the Home Depot website and also explained the difference between the two hinges. He sent me down to the service desk where Ashley was very kind in helping me return my original purchase and order my new ones to my house. Find the employees that will not dismiss you and know their stuff. Even if you don’t know they should be able to point you to someone who is knowledgeable.”
