“I just got back from a routine prescription update visit, and everything was great: the front desk employees were helpful and nice; everything was thoroughly explained in terms of insurance coverage and/or additional costs. As for Dr. Van Busen himself, he was courteous, informative, and thorough in his examination of my eyes.
