I made one screw up when I started installing them and when I contacted technical support for advice I spoke with Thomas Lamb. Thomas had me send him some pictures so he could remedy my mistake. “When I look at an establishment and they have all five star reviews I get pretty skeptical. Well, I called re on a Sunday at 12 noon. They called back within 5 minutes and said someone would be out within the hour. I almost broke into laughter when he said that. Not only were they out within an hour, it was less than 40 minutes. They did a fantastic job clearing my main line clog. Work was done quickly and with great care. I also felt the rates were more than reasonable for a Sunday service call. I actually had one company tell me they could come on Tuesday. Really, two days later? I am a customer for life now. You guys have saved the day. Thanks again”
