They were apologizing for shorter delays shorter than most restaurants would even have. Second, the food is awesome! It may be hard to mess up pancakes or french toast, but it's also hard to elevate them, and yet they did just that. Also, their sausages are light and not greasy, and I loved their hot chocolate.
