  I've always had a great experience at the Trek Superstore. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable. I recommend it for all of your biking needs, even if you don't own a Trek bike.

  These guys know their stuff. They don't judge and they treat everyone the same. This is my first new awesome effing bike and the guys really made the experience amazing. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

  Edwin provided great customer service. He was very helpful in explaining some of the promotions that went on. The place is organized and clean. Definitely spread the word to family and friends and will come back more to this place.

  I came to Trek Bicycle Superstore in Bonita because of my intentions to participate in my first sprint triathlon later in the year and so I would need my own bike for the race. Mind you, I've only done half & full marathons- so all the mechanisms of selecting a bike, all of its accessories, & even how to PROPERLY ride a bike were all brand new to me. I want to give a big SHOUT-OUT to Trek employee, Clifford! I made absolutely sure to mention to him I knew NOTHING about bicycles or how to go about selecting a bike, so he took the time to "fit-test" me to calculate which type of bike would be best. I asked a bunch of questions, and he answered each one patiently. I even had to interrupt his explanations & ask to simplify certain words sometimes, because he would mention some terminology specifically related to the "bicycle world" that I was never familiar with. When I came back to the store to pick up my bike that was on layaway, he had me ride test the bike on the lot to make sure I was satisfied with the feel. He even took me back inside to give me a quick explanation/tutorial on how to shift gears! I am happy with the bicycle I have chosen, & it was because of Clifford's patience & expertise that made me confident in my informed decisions. 10/10 Highly recommend this bicycle store!

  My experience here was great even though I did not end up buying a bike here The staff was very helpful In helping me make an informed decision of what kind of bike I should buy. The only reason I didn’t buy my bike here was because it wasn’t in stock and I was already anxious to get on one. I’ve been back at this store several times and the staff is always ready to help for any questions that I might have. Marco was very patient friendly and fed me a lot of information about bikes and me being a first time buyer. Keep up the good work!!
