A couple of years ago Katie helped me select Hunter Douglass shades. We love them! A few weeks ago, one of the shades broke - we could no longer raise it. Katie picked up the shade from me and sent it back to Hunter Douglas for repair. I’m happy to say within a couple of weeks we found the repaired shade at our doorstep! It’s back on the front window and we can easily raise and lower it each day. Thanks, Katie, for the quick work.

We recently remodeled our home which included window treatments. The consultant, Katie, came to our home and did a great job sharing the many products she represents and helped us choose the best style for what we envisioned. We purchased beautiful shutters, roman shades, and motorized Pirouette shades. The installer was extremely professional and showed us how to operate our new motorized shades.
