“I have been living here for about a year and I love it! The manager (Lisa) and the front desk ladies are SUPER NICE!!!! They are always accommodating to your needs and really want you to feel comfortable. They are super efficient with everything. You ask them a question/favor, you get a fast reply. The maintenance guys are really nice too. Ive had a few small appliance issues here and there (just from regular ware and tare like any appliance) and they get someone out to your apartment in no time. They are pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly. It's a cute little place and kind of looks like mini house-(as in less of an apartment feel inside). I would recommend these apartments. Ive been through many apartments with bad experiences and bad landlords, but with the Bluffs you'll never have a problem with the office ladies and you will love your apartment!”

“It was beautiful when we went, unfortunately we went "too early" so most of the fields were not blooming yet and a lot of construction and planting going on so the views of a few fields were amazing but we did not get the full experience and were told to come more at the end of april and may for all of the blooms. I feel a little taken as we were still charged full price for entrance and the tractor ride even tho they knew we were not getting all the flower fields had to offer yet and no one was there when we went with our little ones. It was a colder day so thought after the fact that we could have been offered a discount, at least for our 3 year old. It is very pricey for what we saw. If you are going to go, Im sure it is probably worth the money to go towards the later dates. I am not sure we will spend the money to test that theory tho. It is cool to see in person, and the views of the ocean are incredible from it, but like other reviewers stated, you can see overview of fields and ocean better from the street adjacent to it. My toddler loved the tractor ride tho and we love being outside so still have to say I like it.”

“Great location. Easy to get to. 1 top loading washer wasn’t working. One had something sitting in it with the tub full of water. The cost is $2.50 per top load wash and it goes up from there. Drying is $.25 for 8 minutes. Choose wisely. Some dry faster than others depending on the status of the lint filter being cleaned out. There is one bench to sit on.... you’ll be standing for the 31 (min minimum) to wash and 8 (min minimum) to dry (if you are lucky). Staff was busy working and the place was clean.”
