  I love Hapa! The teachers are professional and kind. They offer a variety of classes at varying times throughout the day and evening. The space is always clean and ready to go. There is no better place for yoga and fitness!

  I have been a member of this studio for over 2 years and I am so glad I found it. I have stayed here for so long because I enjoy variation of classes and times offered. I can get super sweaty in their hot yoga class that never changes so you can see your progress or work on my inner peace in some yin classes. My all time favorite classes range from the most basic to the hardest but it’s taught by an amazing instructor, Jackie! If you’re unsure about “is this for me” type of deal take one of her classes. She gives variation in her classes, working in different themes of poses and challenges you in deepening your practice. Plus she’s super nice and gives great direction. Her classes are easy to follow and she’s approachable for any questions after class.
  Hapa offers packages for classes or even unlimited month membership. Fits what you need. I don’t have kids but I know they offer child care as well, just ask.

  I love this studio. They do a really good job of keeping everything clean. The instructors are creative and friendly! The students there are equally as welcoming. It’s really a community there. Students know each other and so do their children. Childcare is offered during most classes. They have more than just yoga, it’s a whole body/mind experience with workout classes, yoga, barre and the many different workshops that they offer for healing and learning. It’s a well rounded space. Annnnd you can go try it yourself, first class is free. :)

  This is the best yoga studio in the south bay! The instructors are knowledgeable, creative and the classes are dynamite. The front desk staff is always kind and welcoming. I love the variety of classes not just yoga but also pilates and barre. They also have really great yoga clothing, great brands and affordable pricing.

  I love Hapa! They have classes at a variety of times to fit your work schedule and allow time to get there even through rush hour traffic. All of the instructors are amazing and passionate. Each class has more to offer than just a work out. The studio is filled with a very healing energy. They have fitness classes if you aren’t in the mood for yoga and gentle or yin classes if you want to take it slow. The front desk staff is friendly and it has a very warm welcoming vibe that is hard to find other places. It’s always easy to find parking and the monthly membership is reasonably priced for unlimited classes. Oh and they have child care!!!!!
